Leo is responsible for driving the success of our customers in EMEA. He is driven by helping our customers identify their strategic objectives across the customer journey and then building out processes, contents and measurement frameworks to deliver against them.

Leo’s work is informed by his background of 15 years as a digital communications planner and social media strategist, most recently as the Global Head of Innovation and Strategy for Social@Ogilvy. His career has spanned client side, agencies and his own consultancy, working in New York, Sydney and London. He has a Bachelor of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture Hons and remains fascinated by the way that design interventions drive our behavior both in the built environment and online. He is a Non Executive Director of the National Gallery Company in London.
